What is the cost to service my property?
Our service costs vary from property to property because we offer customized programs unique to each and every landscape’s needs. The main determining factor however, is the size of your landscape. Please complete the service estimate request form to receive a free, no obligation lawn & shrub care analysis and service estimate.
What should be done if it rains after my service?
In the majority of cases, rain after a service will not compromise the application’s effectiveness. If you have any concerns, please give our office a call.
What if I have a concern in between my scheduled services?
Please call our office with any concerns you may have. With our regular service program schedule, we will return and address your concerns at no additional charge.
Do I need to water after my service?
Please refer to the instructions at the bottom of your service invoice. If no instructions are left, please water on your next watering day.
What day am I allowed to water with the current water restrictions?
Current water restrictions limit the watering/irrigation of lawns to one day per week. Different counties and municipalities may have individual schedules for watering days. Please check our “Resources & Links” page for links to websites with information on your area’s specific schedule to find out your watering day. Can I water on the date left on my service ticket if it’s not my water day?
Yes. Different cities and counties may have variations with water restrictions and/or watering schedules, but in each area you are allowed to water after an application. Please follow the watering instructions left on your service ticket.
Does Green Cross Pest Control offer a discount if I pre-pay for one year of services?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to customers who pre-pay for a year’s worth of services in advance. Pre-payment is a discount, not a contract.
If I refer a new customer to Green Cross Pest Control, will I get some kind of a discount?
Yes, we appreciate every customer referral! As a way to show our appreciation, we will credit our customer’s account $20.00 for each referral. Also, There is no limit to how many referral credits you can receive!
